Recipe

Ingredients:

๐Ÿช 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs

๐Ÿงˆ ¼ cup melted butter

๐Ÿง€ 16 oz cream cheese, softened

๐Ÿซ 1 cup powdered sugar

๐Ÿƒ 2 teaspoons mint extract

๐Ÿฅ„ 1 cup whipped cream

๐Ÿซ 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

๐Ÿช 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:

Start by preparing the crust. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until fully combined.

Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

While the crust is chilling, make the cheesecake filling. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and mint extract until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Once the crust is set, spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the base.

To create the swirl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the vegetable oil. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cheesecake.

Using a toothpick or knife, swirl the chocolate into the cheesecake to create a marbled effect.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.

Slice and serve chilled for a refreshing and creamy dessert!
