Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

For the Fruit:

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 mandarin orange, peeled and separated

  • ½ cup red grapes

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup blackberries

(You can adjust fruits based on availability.)


For the Creamy Dressing:

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey (or sugar)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly.

  2. Peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Place all fruit in a large mixing bowl.


Step 2: Make the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla.

  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.


Step 3: Combine

  1. Pour the dressing over the fruit.

  2. Gently toss until evenly coated.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Add chopped mint leaves for extra freshness.
