Ingredients
Crab

1 kg (2 lb) large crab claws (stone crab or king crab)

Salt and black pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Topping
-
100 g (7 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
-
6 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
-
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare Oven

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2 – Arrange Crab Claws
-
Place crab claws in the baking dish.
-
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 3 – Make Garlic Butter Mixture
-
In a bowl mix melted butter, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, and chili flakes.

Stir until combined.
Step 4 – Bake
-
Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each crab claw.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
Step 5 – Broil for Finish

Broil for 2–3 minutes to get a crispy golden crust.
Step 6 – Serve
Serve hot with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
Tips
-
Do not overbake to keep crab meat juicy.

Add white wine to butter for extra flavor.
