
Cheesy Beef & Potato Wrap (Grilled Burrito Style)

4 large wraps
Ingredients
Filling

400 g ground beef
-
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced small
-
1 small onion, diced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
-
1/2 tsp cumin
-
Salt & black pepper to taste
-
2 tbsp cooking oil
Cheese Sauce / Filling
-
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
-
½ cup mozzarella cheese
-
¼ cup milk or cream
Wrap
-
4 large flour tortillas
-
Butter or oil for grilling
-
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

1. Cook the potatoes
-
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and tender (about 8–10 min).
-
Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the beef filling
-
In the same pan, add remaining oil.
-
Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
-
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
-
Stir in tomato paste, ketchup, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Return potatoes to the pan and mix well. Cook 2–3 minutes.

Remove from heat.
3. Melt cheese sauce
In a small saucepan, heat milk/cream and add cheddar + mozzarella.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
4. Assemble the wraps

Lay tortilla flat.

Add beef & potato filling in the center.

Drizzle generously with cheese sauce.

Fold sides and roll tightly into a burrito.
5. Grill the wraps
-
Heat a pan with a little butter.
-
Grill wraps seam-side down until golden and crispy on all sides.
6. Serve
Slice in half and garnish with parsley.
Serve with ketchup or mayo dip.
Tips

Add jalapeños for a spicy version.

Use leftover fries instead of potatoes for a fast recipe.
