Festive Brie Bites

Brie wedges topped with a crunchy mix of herbs, cranberries, and nuts, finished with a pretzel stick “trunk” for a holiday-inspired, easy-to-serve treat. These bites are perfect for bringing festive cheer to any holiday appetizer spread!


 Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel of brie, cut into small wedges
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped 
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 
  • 12 small pretzel sticks 

 Instructions:

 Prepare the Coating:

  • In a small bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, nuts, and parsley until evenly mixed.

 Coat the Brie Wedges:

  • Press each brie wedge gently into the cranberry-nut mixture, ensuring the top and sides are well-coated.

 Add the Pretzel Sticks:

  • Carefully insert a pretzel stick into the base of each brie wedge to create a “tree trunk” effect.

 Serve:

  • Arrange the coated brie bites on a festive serving platter.
  • Garnish with additional parsley or holiday greens for a decorative touch, if desired.
