Ingredients (Serves 6)

Filling

  • 250 g (9 oz) cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 250 g (9 oz) crab meat (or imitation crab)

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Pasta

  • 12 cannelloni tubes (or cooked lasagna sheets rolled)

Cream Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Topping

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix until evenly combined.

Step 2: Fill the Cannelloni

  1. Spoon the seafood mixture into a piping bag.

  2. Fill each cannelloni tube carefully.

  3. Arrange in a lightly greased baking dish.

Step 3: Make the Cream Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Slowly add milk and cream while whisking.

  4. Stir until thickened.

  5. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Pour the cream sauce evenly over the filled cannelloni.

  2. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.

Step 5: Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  3. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  3. Serve hot.
