Ingredients (Serves 6)
Filling

250 g (9 oz) cooked shrimp, chopped

250 g (9 oz) crab meat (or imitation crab)

1 cup ricotta cheese

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste
Pasta

12 cannelloni tubes (or cooked lasagna sheets rolled)
Cream Sauce
-
3 tbsp butter
-
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
-
2 cups whole milk
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup Parmesan cheese
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix until evenly combined.
Step 2: Fill the Cannelloni

Spoon the seafood mixture into a piping bag.

Fill each cannelloni tube carefully.

Arrange in a lightly greased baking dish.
Step 3: Make the Cream Sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Slowly add milk and cream while whisking.

Stir until thickened.
