Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Burrata

  1. Remove burrata from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.

  2. Place each burrata ball in the center of a serving plate.

Step 2: Add the Prosciutto

  1. Gently fold and arrange prosciutto slices on top of the burrata.
