Creamy Lobster Rolls
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Lobster Filling

500 g cooked lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
-
1 tbsp finely chopped celery
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Rolls
-
4 brioche or split-top hot dog buns
-
2 tbsp melted butter
-
Extra chives for garnish
-
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, and chives.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Gently toss until evenly coated.

Refrigerate for 15β20 minutes.
Step 2: Toast the Buns

Brush the outside of the buns with melted butter.

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Toast the buns for 2β3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Step 3: Assemble

Fill each toasted bun generously with the chilled lobster mixture.

Sprinkle with fresh chives.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
