Baked Cheeseburger Sliders with Garlic Butter
Description
These cheeseburger sliders are made with juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and soft brioche buns, then brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden and glossy. Perfect for parties, family dinners, or anytime comfort food cravings hit.
Ingredients (Serves 4–6 | 12 sliders)
For the Beef Patties
-
500 g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 recommended)
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
For Assembly
-
12 slider buns or small brioche rolls (attached sheet-style is best)
-
6 slices cheddar or American cheese (cut in half)
For the Garlic Butter Topping
-
60 g (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
-
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
-
Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Beef
-
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
-
Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
-
Divide into 12 small patties, slightly larger than the buns (they shrink when cooked).
Step 2: Cook the Patties
-
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
-
Cook patties for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and just cooked through.
-
Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Sliders
-
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
-
Slice slider buns horizontally as one sheet.
-
Place the bottom half of buns in a baking dish.
-
Add cooked beef patties evenly.
-
Place cheese slices on top of the patties.
-
Cover with the top half of buns.
Step 4: Make the Garlic Butter
-
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
-
Stir until well combined.
Step 5: Bake
-
Brush the garlic butter generously over the tops of the buns.
-
Cover loosely with foil.
-
Bake for 10 minutes.
-
Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until buns are golden and cheese is fully melted.
Serving
-
Serve hot, straight from the oven.
-
Optional: sprinkle extra parsley or Parmesan on top before serving.
-
Best enjoyed with fries, salad, or pickles.
Tips for Best Results
-
Brioche buns give the best soft-and-buttery texture.
-
Don’t overcook the beef before baking—it will finish cooking in the oven.
-
Want extra flavor? Add caramelized onions or a thin layer of burger sauce inside.
