Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced

  • ½ cup fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, or mixed berries)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1–2 slices toasted bread (optional, for serving on the side)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Base
    Spoon the Greek yogurt into a wide bowl and spread it evenly to create a smooth base.

  2. Add the Fruit
    Arrange the banana slices neatly on one side of the bowl.
    Add the fresh berries on the other side for color and contrast.

  3. Sweeten & Top
    Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the yogurt and fruit.
    Sprinkle chia seeds evenly on top for added texture and nutrition.

  4. Serve
