Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl with Banana, Berries & Honey
Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

1 small ripe banana, sliced

½ cup fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, or mixed berries)

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1–2 slices toasted bread (optional, for serving on the side)
Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a wide bowl and spread it evenly to create a smooth base. -
Add the Fruit
Arrange the banana slices neatly on one side of the bowl.
Add the fresh berries on the other side for color and contrast. -
Sweeten & Top
Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the yogurt and fruit.
Sprinkle chia seeds evenly on top for added texture and nutrition. -
Serve
Serve immediately while fresh.
