1 tablespoon olive oil
For the BBQ glaze:

1 cup BBQ sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

2 cloves garlic, minced
For garnish:

Fresh chopped parsley
🥔 Roasted Potatoes (Side Dish)
Ingredients:

2 cups potatoes, diced into cubes

1–2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)

1️⃣ Prepare the Ribs

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.

Pat ribs dry with paper towels.

Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.

Rub olive oil over the ribs, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
2️⃣ Slow Bake (Tenderizing)

Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil.

3️⃣ Make the BBQ Glaze

4️⃣ Glaze & Caramelize

Remove ribs from foil and place on a baking tray.

Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).

Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes.

For extra caramelization, broil for 2–3 minutes until sticky and slightly charred.
5️⃣ Roast the Potatoes

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Spread on a baking tray.

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
