Crispy Honey Feta Phyllo Rolls
Ingredients (Makes 6–8 rolls)

8 sheets phyllo dough (thawed)

200g (7 oz) feta cheese
-
100g (3.5 oz) cream cheese (softened)
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
-
4 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil (for brushing)
For Topping:
-
3–4 tablespoons honey
-
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
-
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
-
Extra chopped parsley
Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mash feta and cream cheese together.

Add parsley, black pepper, and oregano.

Mix until creamy but slightly textured.
Step 2: Assemble the Rolls
-
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface.
-
Brush lightly with melted butter.
-
Place another sheet on top and brush again.
-
Add 2 tablespoons of filling near one edge.
-
Fold sides inward and roll tightly like a spring roll.
-
Repeat with remaining sheets.
Step 3: Bake

Place rolls seam-side down on parchment paper.

Brush tops with butter.

Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Finish

Drizzle warm honey over the hot rolls.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chili flakes, and fresh parsley.
Tips

Keep phyllo covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying.

Serve warm for best texture.

Add crushed walnuts for extra crunch.
