📌 Ingredients

🔻 For the Brownie Base:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp red food coloring

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ tsp salt

🔻 For the Cream Cheese Topping:

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

🔻 Mix-ins & Toppings:

  • 8–10 Oreo cookies (crushed)

  • Extra whole Oreos (for topping)

  • Red velvet cake crumbs (optional garnish)


🧁 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.


2. Make the Brownie Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.

  • Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring. Mix well.

  • Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir just until combined.

  • Gently fold in crushed Oreos, reserving a few for topping.


3. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.


4. Prepare the Cream Cheese Topping

  • Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth.


5. Swirl the Topping

  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.

  • Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl it into the batter.


6. Add Toppings

  • Press a few whole or halved Oreos on top.

  • Sprinkle with red velvet crumbs, if using.


7. Bake

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).


8. Cool & Serve

  • Let brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.
