📌 Ingredients
🔻 For the Brownie Base:

½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp red food coloring

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¾ cup all-purpose flour
-
¼ tsp salt
🔻 For the Cream Cheese Topping:

4 oz cream cheese (softened)
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
-
1 cup powdered sugar
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
🔻 Mix-ins & Toppings:

8–10 Oreo cookies (crushed)
-
Extra whole Oreos (for topping)
-
Red velvet cake crumbs (optional garnish)
🧁 Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the Brownie Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring. Mix well.

Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir just until combined.

Gently fold in crushed Oreos, reserving a few for topping.
3. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
4. Prepare the Cream Cheese Topping

Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth.
5. Swirl the Topping

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.

Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl it into the batter.
6. Add Toppings

Press a few whole or halved Oreos on top.

Sprinkle with red velvet crumbs, if using.
7. Bake

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).
8. Cool & Serve

Let brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.
