
🌸 Iced Rose Matcha Latte Recipe

1 tsp matcha powder (preferably ceremonial grade for vibrant flavor)

1 tbsp rose syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like oat, almond, or soy)

Ice cubes

Optional: rose petals for garnish 🌹
Instructions:

Prepare the Matcha:

In a small bowl, sift 1 tsp matcha powder to remove clumps.

Add 2–3 tbsp hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk (chasen) or small frother until smooth and frothy.

Sweeten with Rose Syrup:

Stir in 1 tbsp rose syrup into the matcha mixture while it’s still warm. This helps blend the flavors beautifully.

Assemble the Latte:

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour in 1 cup of milk over the ice.

Slowly pour the rose matcha mixture on top for a beautiful layered effect.
