Ingredients:
1 green apple, chopped
A small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled
1 handful of fresh spinach leaves (about 1 cup)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup of water
4–5 ice cubes
Optional Add-ins:
1 tablespoon chia seeds (for extra fiber and omega-3s)
1 teaspoon honey or agave (if you prefer a touch of sweetness)
Instructions:
Wash all fresh produce thoroughly.
Chop the green apple and peel the ginger.
Add all ingredients to a blender: apple, ginger, spinach, lemon juice, water, and ice.
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Taste and adjust if needed—add more lemon for brightness or water for a thinner texture.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
