๐Ÿฅค Green Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple, chopped

  • A small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves (about 1 cup)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 cup of water

  • 4–5 ice cubes

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for extra fiber and omega-3s)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave (if you prefer a touch of sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fresh produce thoroughly.

  2. Chop the green apple and peel the ginger.

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender: apple, ginger, spinach, lemon juice, water, and ice.

  4. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

  5. Taste and adjust if needed—add more lemon for brightness or water for a thinner texture.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
