🍹 Frozen Aperol Spritz


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Aperol

  • 1 cup Prosecco (chilled)

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda (chilled)

  • 3 to 4 cups ice cubes (adjust for thickness)

  • Optional: 1/4 cup fresh orange juice (for a citrus twist) or simple syrup (for added sweetness)

  • Orange slices – for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Prepare your blender.
    Add 3 to 4 cups of ice cubes into a high-powered blender.

  2. Add the main ingredients.
    Pour in Aperol, Prosecco, and sparkling water. If using, add orange juice or simple syrup.

  3. Blend.
    Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Add more ice for a thicker consistency or a splash more Prosecco if too thick.

  4. Serve.
    Pour into wine glasses or large cocktail glasses.

  5. Garnish.
    Add a slice of orange on the rim or float it on top for a sunny touch.


💡 Tips:

  • Chill all liquids before blending to keep the slush icy longer.

  • Add a dash of lemon or lime juice if you like a tarter finish.

  • Freeze some orange slices ahead to use as both garnish and ice cubes!
