1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions:
Bake the Sponge Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with ¾ cup sugar until pale and thick (about 2 minutes). Stir in milk and vanilla. Gently mix in the dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the remaining ¼ cup sugar and beat until stiff. Fold egg whites into the yolk mixture in batches, being careful not to deflate. Pour batter into the baking dish and smooth the top. Add the Tres Leches: In a bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Once the cake has cooled slightly, poke holes all over the surface using a fork or skewer. Slowly pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Soaking Time: 4 hours
