Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Stir in the lemon zest.
