Refreshing, mildly sweet & hydrating — a perfect way to start your day!
1 ripe pear, cored
1 celery stalk
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup cold water
Wash & prep all ingredients: Core the pear and chop the celery into chunks.
Juice it up: Add pear, celery, lemon juice, and cold water into a blender.
Blend until smooth – about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Strain (optional) through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a lighter texture.
Serve chilled or over ice for a cool, detoxifying drink.
