Pan-Seared Salmon Bites with Creamy Herb Sauce

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 500 g fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

Creamy Herb Sauce

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Garnish

  • extra chopped herbs

  • lemon wedges


Instructions

1. Prepare the Salmon

Cut salmon into large cubes or bite-sized pieces.

Season with:

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • paprika

Let sit 5–10 minutes.


2. Sear the Salmon

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add salmon pieces and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.

Remove and set aside.


3. Make the Herb Sauce

In the same pan reduce heat to medium-low.

Add:

  • garlic

  • heavy cream

Simmer 2 minutes, then stir in:

  • Greek yogurt

  • lemon juice

  • parsley

  • cilantro

  • salt and pepper.

Cook 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.


4. Combine

Return salmon to the pan and gently coat with sauce.

Cook 1 minute just to warm through.


5. Serve

Transfer to a plate and drizzle with extra sauce.

Garnish with:

  • chopped herbs

  • lemon wedges.
