Grilled Steak Wrap with Tzatziki

Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 300 g flank steak or sirloin

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

For the Wrap

  • 2–3 large flatbreads or tortillas

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup cucumber, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup arugula or spinach

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (optional)


Instructions

1. Season the Steak

Rub steak with:

  • olive oil

  • paprika

  • garlic powder

  • oregano

  • salt and pepper.

Let it rest 10 minutes.


2. Cook the Steak

Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat.

Cook steak 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare).

Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.


3. Make the Tzatziki

Mix together:

  • Greek yogurt

  • grated cucumber

  • garlic

  • lemon juice

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • dill.

Refrigerate until ready to use.


4. Warm the Flatbread

Toast flatbread lightly in a pan until warm and slightly crispy.


5. Assemble the Wrap

Layer on the flatbread:

  • greens

  • sliced steak

  • tomatoes

  • cucumber

  • red onion

  • feta cheese

Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.


6. Wrap and Serve

Fold the sides and roll tightly.

Cut in half and serve warm.
