1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Cook the Tortellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions (usually 3–5 minutes).
Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
2. Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl whisk together:

Mix until emulsified.
3. Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl combine:
