Honey Peach Cream Cheese Cupcakes


Ingredients

For the Cupcakes:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ cup canned peach puree (or fresh peaches blended)

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional, for extra peach flavor and color)

For Garnish:

  • Fresh or canned peach slices

  • A drizzle of honey (optional)


Instructions

๐Ÿง Make the Cupcakes:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until creamy and smooth.

  4. Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  6. Mix in vanilla extract, honey, and peach puree until fully combined.

  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.

  8. Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

  9. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  10. Let cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.
