An easy and luxurious salmon dish topped with a refreshing creamy herb sauce — perfect for a healthy, satisfying meal!

For the Creamy Herb Sauce:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Season the Salmon:

Place the fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. -
Bake the Salmon:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. -
Prepare the Creamy Herb Sauce:
While the salmon is baking, in a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, lemon juice, and honey.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. -
Assemble the Dish:
Once the salmon is done, drizzle generously with the creamy herb sauce. -
