Healthy Tuna & Avocado Salad (225 Calories) πŸ₯—πŸŸπŸ₯‘

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna in water (drained)

  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped

  • 1/4 medium avocado (about 50g), diced

  • 1 cup of diced tomato (jitomate)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
