2 large sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)

1 ripe avocado (diced)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
