1 egg
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
For the Tzatziki Sauce

½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber (grated & squeezed dry)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint (chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Bowl


1 cup cooked white or brown rice
½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
½ cucumber (sliced)
¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1 tablespoon olives (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, cinnamon, breadcrumbs, egg, and parsley. Shape into small meatballs.

Cook the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.

Make the Tzatziki: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill/mint. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Bowl: Place cooked rice in a bowl, add fresh veggies, then top with Greek meatballs. Spoon tzatziki over the top, sprinkle with feta and olives, and drizzle with olive oil.
