Instructions
Step 1: Make the Potato Base

Boil potatoes until fork-tender.

Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.

Press mashed potatoes into small ring molds or ramekins.

Chill for 15 minutes to hold shape.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

Heat butter in a skillet.
