Ingredients

For the Potato Base

For the Shrimp

  • 300g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ยฝ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ยฝ cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Potato Base

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender.

  2. Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.

  3. Press mashed potatoes into small ring molds or ramekins.

  4. Chill for 15 minutes to hold shape.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

  1. Heat butter in a skillet.

  2. Add garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds.

  3. Add shrimp and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden.

Step 3: Prepare the Cream Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.

  2. Add cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. Stir in parmesan cheese.

  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Cook until smooth and velvety.

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Place potato rounds on serving plates.

  2. Spoon cream sauce over the potatoes.

  3. Top with garlic butter shrimp.

  4. Garnish with parsley and chili flakes.
