PREPARATION METHOD
Use 1/4 of a papaya, peeled and cut into small pieces.
Add two ripe bananas.
Add one medium carrot, peeled and chopped into small pieces.
Also, add 4 tablespoons of whole oats.
Add two glasses of water and blend everything well.
Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and drink it in the mornings, half an hour before breakfast, for 15 days.
