Colon-Cleansing Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of papaya (about 1 cup, peeled and cubed)

  • 1 medium carrot πŸ₯• (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 glass of water (about 250 ml or 1 cup) πŸ’¦


Instructions:

  1. Soak the chia seeds in the glass of water for about 10–15 minutes. This allows them to form a gel-like texture and enhances their digestive benefits.

  2. Prepare the fruits and vegetables: Peel and chop the papaya and carrot into small pieces for easier blending.

  3. Blend everything together: Add the soaked chia (including the water), papaya, and carrot to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  4. Serve fresh: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for best results.


Tips:

  • Drink this smoothie on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum cleansing effect.

  • You can add a few ice cubes if you prefer it cold.
