
Blue Moon Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Blue food coloring
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherries (optional)
Directions:
1. Start by whisking together the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Keep mixing until the sugar is fully dissolved—it should be nice and smooth!
2. Next, add in the vanilla and almond extracts for that delicious flavor.
3. Now for the fun part! Add a few drops of blue food coloring until you achieve that stunning blue hue. Feel free to adjust it to your liking!
4. Pour your creamy mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the manufacturer's instructions, which typically takes about 20-25 minutes. You want it to be fluffy and well-blended!
