βοΈ Kiwi, Banana, Orange & Chia Smoothie
Ingredients:

2 kiwis

1 ripe banana
-
1 orange (juice)
-
1 tablespoon chia seeds

200 ml water or plant-based milk (your choice)

Ice (optional)

Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)
Preparation:

Peel the kiwis and banana. Squeeze the juice from the orange.

Place chia seeds in a glass with a little water and let them soak for about 10 minutes to absorb the liquid and swell.

In a blender, add the kiwis, banana, orange juice, soaked chia seeds, and water or plant-based milk. If you prefer a cold smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes.
