
Ingredients:

For the Steak:
1.5 lbs flank or skirt steak

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt & pepper

For the Fajita Veggies:
1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

For the Sides & Toppings:
Warm tortillas

Guacamole

Chopped cilantro

Cherry tomatoes

Diced cucumbers
Lime wedges

Instructions:

Marinate the Steak – Mix olive oil, lime juice, and spices. Coat steak and marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill the Steak – Cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Sauté the Veggies – In a pan, cook peppers and onions in olive oil until slightly charred.

Assemble the Fajitas – Load up warm tortillas with sliced steak, grilled veggies, and guacamole.
