Recipe
To prepare a cup of this tea (or infusion, as you prefer to call it), you only need to bring one and a half cups of water to a boil with 3 hibiscus flowers, 2 laurel leaves, and a small cinnamon stick. Let it boil until the liquid reduces to one cup. Now, you can serve and drink it, either hot or allow it to cool. You can adjust the recipe to make a larger quantity if desired.
