Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries

  1. Combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

  2. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to release natural juices.

  3. Drain excess liquid before assembling.

Step 2: Bake the Puff Pastry

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
