2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken or seafood stock

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Scallops

Pat the scallops completely dry with paper towels.

Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Make the Mushroom Sauce

Arrange scallops on top.
