STRAWBERRY BANANA CHEESECAKE SALAD


Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture
• In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
• Gently fold in Cool Whip, mixing until fully combined.

Prepare the Fruit
• Slice strawberries and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
• Toss the bananas in lemon juice to prevent browning.

Assemble the Salad
• In a large bowl, combine strawberries and bananas.
• Gently fold in the cheesecake mixture until the fruit is fully coated.
• If using, stir in mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts.

Chill & Serve
