
Spicy Avocado & Egg Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado (sliced)
2 boiled eggs (halved or quartered)
½ cucumber (sliced)
1 green onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon mixed sesame seeds
½ teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients:
Slice the avocado, cucumber, and green onion.
Boil the eggs, peel, and cut them into halves or quarters. Assemble the bowl:
Place cucumber slices at the base of a bowl.
Arrange avocado slices and boiled eggs on top.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Season & garnish:
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle sesame seeds, chili flakes, black pepper, and paprika for a spicy kick.
Add a pinch of salt to taste. Serve & Enjoy!
