Ingredients
For the Wraps:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
For the Garlic Butter:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until evenly distributed.
2. Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about ½ cup of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly like a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
3. Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Stir well.
4. Cook the Wraps:
- Stovetop Method: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush the outside of each wrap with the garlic butter and place seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the garlic butter over the wraps and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and heated through.
5. Serve:
- Serve the wraps hot with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ranch, marinara, or a creamy garlic aioli.
