Ingredients
Salad Base

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Cilantro-Lime Dressing

¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

2 tbsp mayonnaise
-
Juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp cilantro
-
1 small garlic clove
-
Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish

Mixed salad greens

Tortilla strips

Fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions

Combine avocado, black beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.

Blend yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Fold half of the dressing into the salad mixture.

Using a food ring mold, press the salad mixture onto serving plates to form a neat stack.

Carefully remove the mold.

Drizzle the remaining dressing around and over the salad.

Top with mixed greens, cilantro leaves, and crispy tortilla strips.
