Ingredients

Salmon Layer

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.

  3. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, dill, chives, and lemon zest.

  4. Place half of the salmon mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

  5. Spread cream cheese filling evenly over the salmon.

  6. Cover with remaining salmon.

  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the top.

  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until cooked through and golden.

  9. Rest for 10 minutes before unmolding.

  10. Top with diced smoked salmon, thyme, and flaky sea salt.
