- 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought)
- 1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
๐น Apple Filling
- 2 medium apples (peeled & diced)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
๐น Glaze (Optional)
- 2 tbsp honey or caramel sauce
๐น Garnish
- Powdered sugar
- Mint (optional)
๐ฅ INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prepare Pastry Cups
- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF)
- Roll out puff pastry
- Cut into small circles
- Press into muffin tin molds
- Prick bottom with fork
Step 2: Pre-bake
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden
Step 3: Cook Apple Filling
- Melt butter in a pan
- Add apples + sugar + lemon juice
- Cook for 5โ7 minutes
- Add cinnamon
- Cook until soft and slightly caramelized
Step 4: Assemble
- Spoon apple filling into pastry cups
- Return to oven for 10โ12 minutes
Step 5: Finish
- Drizzle honey or caramel
- Dust powdered sugar
- Serve warm
