200 g strawberries (halved)
150 g raspberries
150 g blueberries
80 g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
๐น Crumble Topping
120 g all-purpose flour
80 g cold butter (cubed)
60 g sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
๐น Optional
Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Fresh mint
๐ฅ INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine berries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch
Mix gently until evenly coated
Transfer to a baking dish
Step 2: Make the Crumble
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon
Add cold butter cubes
Rub with fingers until mixture becomes
crumbly (like sand)
Step 3: Assemble
Sprinkle crumble evenly over the berry mixture
Step 4: Bake
Bake at
180ยฐC (350ยฐF)

30โ35 minutes
Until top is golden and filling is bubbling
Step 5: Serve
Let cool slightly (10 minutes)
