๐Ÿงพ INGREDIENTS (Serves 2โ€“3)

๐Ÿ”น Pasta

  • 250 g rigatoni (or any short pasta)

๐Ÿ”น Meat

  • 200 g ground beef
  • 3โ€“4 strips bacon (chopped)

๐Ÿ”น Cheese Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 150 g cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 50 g mozzarella (optional, for stretch)
  • Salt & black pepper

๐Ÿ”น Extras

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Step 1: Cook Pasta

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
  • Drain and set aside

Step 2: Cook Bacon & Beef

  1. Cook bacon until crispy โ†’ set aside
  2. In same pan, cook ground beef
  3. Add garlic, salt, pepper
  4. Cook until browned

Step 3: Make Cheese Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a pan
  2. Add flour โ†’ whisk (make roux)
  3. Slowly add milk while stirring
  4. Cook until thick
  5. Add cheddar + mozzarella
  6. Stir until smooth

Step 4: Combine

  • Add pasta + beef + bacon into sauce
  • Mix well

Step 5: Finish

  • Sprinkle Parmesan + parsley
  • Optional: bake 5โ€“10 mins for crispy top
