🧾 INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)

🔹 Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Salt & black pepper

🔹 Filling

  • 100–120 g mozzarella cheese (cut into sticks)
  • Optional: cheddar for extra flavor

🔹 Breading

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

🔹 Sauce (Optional but recommended)

  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

🔥 INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prepare Chicken

  1. Slice chicken horizontally (butterfly cut)
  2. Pound lightly to flatten
  3. Season with salt & pepper

Step 2: Add Cheese

  • Place mozzarella in the center
  • Fold chicken over or roll tightly
  • Secure with toothpicks if needed

Step 3: Bread It

  1. Coat in flour
  2. Dip in egg
  3. Cover with panko (press firmly)

Step 4: Fry

  • Heat oil to 170–175°C
  • Fry for 5–6 minutes until golden
  • Drain on paper towel

Step 5: Serve

  • Slice into pieces
  • Pour sauce underneath or drizzle on top
