  • 1/2 cup fresh mango (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (or honey)

🔹 Milk Layer

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Ice cubes

🔹 Matcha Layer

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 50 ml hot water (not boiling ~80°C)

Step 1: Mango Puree

  • Blend mango + sugar until smooth

Step 2: Prepare Matcha

  • Sift matcha powder
  • Add hot water
  • Whisk until smooth (no clumps)

Step 3: Assemble (Layering)

  1. Add mango puree to glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Pour milk slowly
  4. Gently pour matcha on top
