Crepes
120 g all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
300 ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Cream Filling
250 ml heavy whipping cream
40 g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Raspberry Sauce
150 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
40 g sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Toppings
Fresh raspberries
Powdered sugar
Mint leaves
๐ฅ INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prepare the Crepe Batter
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add flour and salt, then whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Stir in melted butter.
Let the batter rest for
15โ20 minutes

Step 2: Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to form a thin layer.
Cook for about

Repeat with remaining batter.
Step 3: Make the Whipped Cream
In a chilled bowl, add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.

Step 5: Assemble the Crepe Rolls
Lay a crepe flat on a surface.
Spread whipped cream evenly across the center.
Add a few fresh raspberries.
Roll tightly into a log shape.
Step 6: Serve
Place crepe rolls on a plate.
Drizzle raspberry sauce over the top.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
