120 g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
300 ml milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Yellow food coloring (optional, for mango look)
๐น Cream Filling
250 ml heavy whipping cream
40 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
๐น Filling
2 ripe mangoes (cut into thick strips)
๐น Garnish
Powdered sugar
Mint leaves
๐ฅ INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Make Crepe Batter
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla together
Add flour and salt โ mix until smooth
Add melted butter
Optional: add a few drops of yellow coloring
Rest batter for
15โ20 minutes
Step 2: Cook Crepes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
Lightly grease
Pour a thin layer of batter
Cook ~1 minute, flip and cook 30 seconds
Repeat and let crepes cool
Step 3: Whip Cream
Beat heavy cream + powdered sugar + vanilla
Whip until
soft peaks form
Keep chilled
Step 4: Assemble Rolls
Place a crepe flat
Spread whipped cream in the center
Add a thick strip of mango
Fold sides and roll tightly (like a wrap)
Step 5: Chill & Serve
Chill rolls for
30โ60 minutes

Slice in half for clean layers
Dust with powdered sugar
Garnish with mint
