For the Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

3 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 large eggs
-
½ cup sour cream
-
¼ cup all-purpose flour
For the Swirl Layers:

½ cup cherry pie filling
-
¼ cup lemon curd
For Garnish:

Fresh cherries π

1οΈβ£ Prepare the Crust

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment if desired.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer. Set aside.
2οΈβ£ Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.

Gently stir in the sour cream and flour until the batter is silky smooth.

Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the surface.

Drop spoonfuls of cherry pie filling on top. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl.

Add a layer of lemon curd on top of the cherry swirl.

Pour the remaining batter over the lemon layer and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is just set (slightly jiggly is okay).

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the pan for 1 hour.

Then cool completely at room temperature, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
