Honey Garlic Butter Bread

Dough:
- 300g high-gluten flour
- 165g milk
- 50g egg (about one egg)
- 15g sugar
- 3g instant yeast
- 4.5g salt
- 15g unsalted butter, softened

Honey Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 20g butter
- 8g minced garlic
- 10g honey
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped parsley

Preparation Method:
1. Combine all dough ingredients except butter and salt. Knead into a smooth dough, about 3 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Remove from fridge, add butter and salt, knead until absorbed. Divide into 6 balls.

3. Mix butter, garlic, honey, salt, and parsley. Place in piping bag.

4. Flatten dough balls, fold, and shape.

5. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

6. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Sprinkle flour on dough, add garlic butter sauce, and bake for 18 minutes.
